How are your shirts made?
Each piece is printed to order after you buy it. The blank is named on every product page, for example the Bella+Canvas 3001 or the Comfort Colors 1717.
How long until my order ships?
Every item is made to order, so production usually takes 2–7 business days before it ships. Most orders then arrive about 3–7 business days after shipping. You'll get tracking by email once it's on the way. Items are printed at different facilities, so one order may arrive in more than one package. Full details are in our shipping policy.
How much is shipping, and where do you ship?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart, and you'll see the exact cost before you pay. We currently ship to US addresses only. International shipping isn't available yet. See our shipping policy for more.
What sizes do you offer, and how do they fit?
Our tees come in a unisex fit, and the sizes available for each design are listed on its product page. Sizes 2XL and up cost a little more.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed items. The original shipping fee isn't refundable, and you pay the return postage. Please contact us for return instructions before sending anything back. Approved refunds go to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Because everything is printed to order, we can't swap sizes directly: return the original and place a new order. Read the full refund policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or refund you. See our refund policy for details.
What is Be Kind for the 229?
It's our Akicktion x Motorcycle Marvin collab tee for Albany and the 229. All proceeds go to the local youth, every single dime, to help put bikes, skateboards and scooters under the tree for Albany kids this Christmas. You can find it here.
How do I wash my shirt?
Wash cold and inside out, tumble dry low or hang dry, and don't iron the print.
