Made to order

Every Akicktion item is printed to order after you buy it. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before your order ships. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on the way.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive about 3–7 business days after they ship.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can add time.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart, and you'll see the exact cost before you pay. Faster shipping may be offered at checkout for some orders.

Multiple packages

Our items are printed at different facilities, so one order may arrive in separate packages on different days. You only pay the shipping shown at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. International shipping isn't available yet.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. We can't guarantee changes once an order is in production, and orders returned because of an incorrect address may need to be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, your package says delivered but you can't find it, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and a photo for damage). We'll work with the carrier and our print partner to replace or refund it. Damaged or misprinted items should be reported within 7 days of delivery; see our Refund policy.
