Every Akicktion item is printed to order just for you. Here's how returns work.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
• The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
• You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

How to start a return

Please contact us with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post it.

Misprinted, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a refund, and you won't need to pay any shipping.

Exchanges

Because every piece is printed to order, we can't swap sizes directly. To get a different size, return the original under this policy and place a new order.
